Measure = IF ( ISINSCOPE ( Table1[GRUPO] ), SUM ( Table1[Value] ) )

You could return a blank when ISFILTERED('Table'[The field you have on rows of the matrix visual]) is false. Something along these lines:
C BU PROY = IF( ISFILTERED('Table'[GRUPO]), [Your Current Measure] )
