Hi， @Minakshi 

Power BI doesn’t support the conversion of basic data language since PBI cannot touch your data.

As a workaround, you need to create a   slicer for  "language"，multiple reports in different languages and a dynamic page navigation button . 

In this way ,you can  achieve a similar effect of switching the "report language" based on the button.
