Help with formula to calculate number of stores that are at 100% complete

Hello,

I have a simple formula,

% complete by store = DIVIDE(COUNT('Pride in the Pie'[Course Complete Date]),COUNT('Pride in the Pie'[Reg Date]))+0,
that calculates if a store is at 100% complete with a course.

Now, I need to calculate the number of stores (by organization) that are at 100%.
How might I do this?

One the graph on the left, I have a list of organizations that has the number of users registered for the course and filtered to show which stores are at 100%.
On the right, I would like to show the same list of organizations, but then a % of how many of their stores are at 100%.

Any ideas?

You can use a formula like this.

Stores at 100% =
COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( DISTINCT ( Table[StoreID] ), [% complete by store] = 1 ) )
