Help with a line chart

I would like to re-create a line chart with individual lines for website traffic for 2017,2018,2019 and 2019 target .

In your scenario, we can create measures for 2017, 2018, 2019 target and actual data like below:

2019 actual traffic = calculate (sum (Actual Traffic By Channel), filter (all('table'),year (date) = 2019 ))

Thank you Teige, for talking the time to help with my query.

 

I found that when I inserted thespecific table name in the string "filter(all("table") this did not work for me, however when Iput the actual column name instead of table name, it worked perfectly well (" filter (all("table_column name"), year (tab;e_column name").
