I have a table similar to this and I have listed the desired rank column. I need a calculated column to rank based on the dates eventhough it has duplicates.
Need sequence for each duplicate values.

1. Create calculated column.

RANKX(FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Category]=EARLIER('Table'[Category])),'Table'[Quantity]+'Table'[rand],,ASC,Dense)
