Help with DAX formula to count on using criteria

Good night, I have the following table of which I want to create a measure that tells me, according to the seller all the customers code they bought for a value greater than 0, the value of the sale is in the soles column without IGV.
I do this in excel with the function count, yes, set and the ranges of criteria that I use are sellers and suns without igv, to find those who bought an amount greater than 0 I use as criterion ">0".

I don't know if I've been entirely clear with what I need to do, but I hope you can understand, thank you very much.

@Syndicate_Admin , screenshot is too small data is not visible .

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

I think you need a meausre like

countx(filter(summarize(table, Table[seller], table[customer], "_1", calculate(Sum(Table[Value]), filter(Table, Table[soles] <>"IGV"))),[_1] >0),[customer])
