Help to use the related column

Who can help me out with this?

I have 2 tables with the same structure the only difference between these two is that the money "in the orange header" in the pic is Real to date, and in the other table the orange header means stimated to date...I need to compare this two columns in order to calculate the gap or variation between them. (there are no  columns with unic values)

Any advice to achieve what Im looking for?

You must be able to identify the rows uniquly in each table. Otherwise you cant create a link or do calculations.

A workaround wuld be feeding the gap or variation by combining both tables and doing the calculation out of Power BI.
