Help request with circular dependency for Cumulative totals

Hi Guys, 

I have the above error on a DAX expression that has worked on a previous build  -      So the query is to have a running monthly (Cumulative) total in the table below based on the variance column.  I used this exact expression on my previous build and it worked with no issues at all but for some reason this time it will not work.  the only change is version of PowerBI desktop.    

I needed to rebuuild the same report as we are moving CRM so i cannot recyle the report itself so trying to build a new version with same look and feel to ease transition.    

Would anyone have an idea or thought on how to get this working as i have tried a what i know and even ensured the realtion ships betweek other tables was the same as before just in cse this was it. 

Expression: 

Column = CALCULATE(SUM(Budget2020[Variance]), ALL(Budget2020), Budget2020[Month] <= EARLIER(Budget2020[Month]

SOLVED -  the collumn for calulting Income was itself looking at a calulated table, i reverted back to the source data and the error disapeared.
