Hi,
I am trying to install Desktop Jun release since last few weeks. I have been working with May version and it is working fine. Upon installation to Jun version, I see following error in my all the existing Desktop files, whether they are very basic simple versions created few years ago, or the latest properly designed files:
Couldn't load the database schema for the database model: We couldn't retrieve the data model for this report. Please try again later.
I also copy the error content, if it is helpful to diagnose the problem:

I can wait for Jul release, but not sure if even that would solve the problem.
Thanks.

Hi @v-xiaotang ,
I was about to check thesuggested links bu couldn't all these days, and meanwhile saw July release coming in. So today I dowloaded and tested, it worked fine. So I seem to have no probelm with May version and as well as July version.

Does the solution in these two posts help?
powerbi - Power Bi Desktop- Couldn't load the schema for the database model - Stack Overflow
Not able to open PBI file (even new blank one) - Microsoft Power BI Community

The user confirms that uninstalling and reverting back to the May 2022 version (x64) solved this issue.
We have a user who just hit the same error. She installed the June 2022 version and hit the error on the first attempt to connect to a data set.
