Help me Recreate Table

Hi,

 

I want for my Power BI to look similar to my Excel sheet. How can I do this?

Is there a way I can separate the sections in Power Bi without changing my data set in excel?How it look on excelHow it look on excelHow it looks when inported data to PBIHow it looks when inported data to PBI

I also need to organize it just the same way it is. When I add it to a table it's unorganized
