Help keepint track of pro licences

Hi, 

I am starting to work on a report to know who within the company has pro licence, the company has 365

Any help on how to aproach this would be great, thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you're global admin, you can manage the pro license in admin portal : Billing>>License ,also you can check the user license in Azure Active Directory. 

If you're not the tenant admin, the most easy method for you to tell the pro license is checking whether the user can create app workspace. Pro user can create app workspace and cooperate with coworks, but free user can not.

Hello, thanks for the reply.

I am not the global admin and because whoever has the licence is gonna change over short periods of time, I am trying to do is to have a report for quick access on showing who has pro, is that posible?

Based on my research, it's not accessible currently coz you don'y have the higher authority.
