Hi Guys,
I need to calculate the number of maintenance checklists overdue month by month to our assets
I have a limited database of maintenance checklists, the report from the software give me the name of the checklist and the date it is due, If it is closed, will not appear in the report anymore, because I seek only the open and overdue ones.
So, I need to track monthly which checklists are open and overdue and how much of it, the problem is that the same checklist that was open and overdue in January, can be in the same situation in February and March (the same checklist). How can I track this data in Power Bi and make it appears in monthly filters? The solution I saw is: month by month download a report for each month and make a column named "Data Collection Month" and use it as a filter, but the data sources will become too big and I was trying to find a better solution.
