Help creating a measure with DAX

Hi Peeps. I need some help. I am trying to create a measure within a column in PBI Desktop with DAX. I have a column called QOS and I want to determine the NSAT.  This means I need to count the values (rows) within the column and subtract them from the grouped sum.  For example:  Sum the count of the 1, 2, 3, and 4 values and the subtract the sum of the count of the 8 and 9 values.

8 = 18

9 = 42

Sum is 60

1 = 3

2 = 11

3 = 2

4 = 6

Sum is 22

Measure should be the output of 60 - 22=38 Smiley Happy

Total Rows := COUNTROWS(MyTable)
Low Rows := CALCULATE([Total Rows], MyTable[Value]< 6)
High Rows := CALCULATE([Total Rows], MyTable[Value] >= 6)
Delta := [High Rows] - [Low Rows]
