Help Transforming a table

First off, apologies but I'm fairly new to using power BI and DAX so a little assistance is needed. 

 

I am receiving data from 4 different data sources. 3 of them are configured in the same way:

The last one is configured this way:

This is how I'm receiving the data from my sources. I need to transform the last table to be like the first 3:

Hi @ STS_Joshua,

On the query editor select all the columns for the months and the unpivot columns that will give you the expected look.
