Help Replicating Tableau Graph to Power Bi

Hello!

Sorry to bother you all, but I need a little help replicating this graph from tableau to Power bi, if its not possible make it the most simillar.

It's a circled graph in which each circle is an item, they are dinamically generated depending on a certain value, in this case "Semaforo feature", depending the value.

And also it has some sort of pop up that when you put the mouse in that cirlce it shows that info (I assume that can be done with a tooltip)

Is there any graph that can do this on pbi?

Thanks! I believe that I'm on a different version than yours because I dont have it like that 😞 I will try to find out how to do it on this version.
