Help : How to get latest value of previous year?

Hello everybody, 

I am having struggles finding a way to display latest value of previous year. 

I have a field that should show previous year numbers. Sadly die Data for each month is already the sum of the previous ones + this month. Therefore I can't just use the lastday function combined with the previousyear function, as it won't show any Data. 

E.g.: 

Previous Year Last Date =

calculate(SUM('Facts'[Value]),'DataLevel'[DataLevelName] = "IST", PREVIOUSYEAR(Period[Date_complete]), Lastdate(Period[Date_complete]))

Does anyone has a clever Dax function to make it work?

Previous Year Last Date =
calculate(calculate(lastnonblankvalue(Period[Date_complete], SUM('Facts'[Value])),'DataLevel'[DataLevelName] = "IST"), PREVIOUSYEAR(Period[Date_complete]))

Period must be date table, marked as date table with all dates
