Help Comparing a Work Table with a Work Reference Table

I was asked to put together a visual/report that notes what Job Plans (Work Ref. No) have not been used in the last three years.

I have two tables that I think can assist me in this; one table notes the work completed:

Ref. No.Work Ref. No.Completed DateMisc. Info.Misc. Info 2Etc.
XZ12511205/1/2017KJ;LKPERSON A56456456
XZ56211205/1/2017LKJ;LKJPERSON A54645645
XZ34500164/30/2017;LKJ;LKPERSON B45645211

The other table is a list that has all Job Plans (Work Ref. No.).

Work Ref. No.StatusAttributeAttribute 2
1120ACTIVEJ;LKJ;SFGDSF
0016ACTIVEHSDFGSDFGS
1225INACTIVEERTDFSDFG
1556ACTIVEDFGSHFSFGG

How do I run through the first table and have it tell me what Job Plans, from second table, haven't been used (completed) in the last 3 years?

All ideas appreciated!  🙂

Hi @New2PowerBI,

Create a relationship between the 2 tables with Work Ref. No. then add the filter the information in the.visuals accordingly to your necessities.
