Heatmap matrix from excel

Hello guys,

I'm trying to represent a heatmap matrix that I have stored in excel sheet in PBI but I'm facing some problems.
The sample matrix looks like that:

Data:

RegionCountry H/C LANWANWIFIRoutingVideoVoiceSQLBigData
CompanyServices alligned to BU Employee count
WesternUK                                                                                                             4,00011111111
PL                                                                                                                20011121332

Ireland                                                                                                             1,23411121132

How would you approach that?
I was trying to model it as a list, but it requires a lot of manual work and I'm still having a problem to shape the RAG's properly.

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Bartek

Hi @Anonymous ,

Your data table is too confusing. It is impossible to create your sample matrix diagram from your data table, so you must manually modify your data table.

Or, does your data table come from your pivot table in Excel? Don't do like this, import the original data directly  to Power BI Desktop, then, create visualization in Power BI Desktop.

In addition, it's impossible to realize your sample matrix in current version( 2.76.5678.782 64-bit (December 2019)).

Best regards,
Lionel Chen

I can't understand where the colorful part of your graph comes from. Is that more data or calculations? Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
