Heat-visualisation with JSON

Hi all,

I am currently working on a project that uses national COVID data. Speifically, I am trying to re-create the heat-map bar graph on vaccinations and age.

Here's a screenshot of the visual I'm trying to get into Powerbi:

Here's the link to the data: https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/vaccinations?areaType=ltla&areaName=Cornwall%20and%20Isles%2...

I have the option of a JSON or CSV. (I can't use the API at the moment). What would you suggest is the best way to replicate this? I've tried looking through the visual marketplace, but currently unable to find anything suitable! (I currently just screenshot, but its blurry!)

Thank you very much in advance,

Pippa

There was once a "Table Heatmap"  custom visual, not sure if it is still maintained.
