Header name of the first non blank value in a row

 

I need a help to find the Header name of the first non blank value in a row and the last .

i mean,basically need to find the first working ddate of the consultant and last .

if it is excel or power bi. please help

Min date = minx(allselected(Date), date[date])

 

Max date = maxx(allselected(Date), date[date])

 

At visual row level : means employee

 

Min date = calculate(Min(date[Date]), filter(allselected(Table), Table[Emp] =max(Table[Emp])))

 

Max date = calculate(Max(date[Date]), filter(allselected(Table), Table[Emp] =max(Table[Emp])))
