Have Totals in the middle of my Matrix Visual - how do I remove them?

I'm very (very) new to Power BI and visuals in particular, I have a matrix visual where I simply want a Total at the far right hand side and also at the bottom but as you can see in the pic below, I have a total column after December and another after March.  How do I remove these two Total Columns?
