Handling a Interval Match to show ticket status

HI All

I have data like "Input table", I want to show No of Ticket Created, No of Ticket Closed, No of Ticket Opened based on Date selection. so I want to transform the "Input Table" to "Output Table"

How can I achieve this transformation?

Note: if the status is not Completed then the status date should be today date (12/27/2018) and Status should be Open
