We found a work around for handling dynamic commments in PBI but it has some with limitations:
Create a data entry table using "Enter Data" add the column "comment" to contain your comments and additional columns for the details by which you want to filter e.g. date:
Link other fields to the relevant tables e.g. date to date table. And then just drag the comments field to the canvas:
The big issue at the moment is the display of a text field: text is not displayed in full, there is no visual which allows wrapping as shown in the above screen shot.
Does any one know a work around to display the full text wrapped and not cut off?

Nice...This is a really cool idea...
Unfortunately you there is no way of wrapping text in card..Just a thought / workaround :
Since you enter values manually add a comma in text in place that the text fit the screen and then split the column by delimiter place 2 or 3 cards each other below. Not optimal but just a thought.
A better solution is to find i.e. the 5th ( again depending the space on your dashboard ) space and split on that but needs more advanced M and a bit of time to figure this out if is even possible.. @ImkeF will probably know a way..
thanks @konstantinos
Left it as a task for the weekend to create a function that chunks up your text into pieces with maximal length witout cutting the words. You could then place it in a simple table, each row nicely under each other. But Twitter came to the rescue 🙂

So they've added "Long Text Viewer" to the standard visuals in the new PBI version 31!
