Hello, I ran into the following issue:
I've been using the HTML Viewer to embed videos in my reports according to the instructions given in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r31cw7I05E0&t=105s
The report was fully functioning and I was super happy with the result. The HTML Viewer seems to be discontinued now, but that was never a problem for me, because I have the pbiviz file on my computer. However a few days ago, my videos all of the sudden do not work anymore. They dont work in any browser I tried. In Firefox I get the error "No video with supported format and MIME type found". I have not changed anything in my report which could have triggered the error to occur.
This leads me to 2 questions:
(1) Could there be a connection between the discontinuing of the html viewer and my reported issue above?
(2) Is there any alternative to the html viewer that is able to display videos in power bi reports?
Thank you for any suggestions

@AdrianPoly , it is discontinued
refer how to get and alternate
Luckily there's a new visual which can do that for you. It's called HTML Text Styler and you can get it from Appsource: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/wa200002071?tab=overview
