HSEQ Inspection KPI Target vs Actual Tracking for Individuals

Good morning,

I wanted to use the Power KPI 2.0 or Power KPI Matrix 3.1.1 visual to track the number of inspections conducted by each individual staff member vs their monthly targets and the type of inspection they are required to raise - not sure which visual is best to use as we have a number of people we need to track KPI's for

I find it hard to work with my data source so I'm just not sure where to start

Link to sample data is in Google Drive - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Sa39XvPbPp5o7raClxqNBj8PwRC9I0cT?usp=sharing

My current sad chart

Hi @narragirl85

Since your expected output is not very clear, maybe you can start by exploring the sample files of these two visuals? You can download their sample files directly from below links. There are detailed descriptions about how to use them in the files. I believe this will help you get more ideas about which one would be better.

The output I want to see is a chart showing:

Peter has a target of 4 area manager inspections per month and only performed 3

John's target of 6 supervisor inspections per month and performed 6

Garry's target of 1 SLT inspection per month and performed 0
