Guage Percenatge

My guage is show like this instead of a percentage:

This is the measure:

It's set to 'no calculation', if I set it to 'percentage' it goes to 100.

Select your Measure or Column that forms this value.  What data type is it?  You can see this from the Modeling tab in the ribbon.  It should be formatted as a Percentage.

As Ross73312 said, you can format the measure value under the Modeling tab. Please see below image.
