Guage Percenatge

My guage is show like this instead of a percentage:

This is the measure:

  

It's set to 'no calculation', if I set it to 'percentage' it goes to 100.

DIVIDE (
    CALCULATE (
        [Total Responses],

)

Select your Measure or Column that forms this value.  What data type is it?  You can see this from the Modeling tab in the ribbon.  It should be formatted as a Percentage.
