Grouping help

Hi,

I need to create a table/s which has groups however i wanted to know if this could all be done on power bi.

So I have one column of sales manager who have a group of employees they manage, however in the data it is repeated for every Item who the sales person is and the employee.

Is there a way to group the sales Manager and everyone they manage and create calculations for them or would I need to make separate tables at the source?

Also eveything then needs to be linked to Team 1 or Team 2

It is recommended to create a star schema, meaning create a master table for Managers with no duplicates and create a relationship with the employees.
