Grouping filters

Help solve one task, please.

I need to save the selected list of clients to a cohort (group)
after using filters (for example, gender, age, region of residence, etc.)
for subsequent use of these clients in data filtering.
How can this be realized?

Could you please share dummy data of your table and post expected result? In your scenario, you might need to create new table with specific conditions.
