Grouping data based on months

I need help to model and display the data in visual - I have a table having  column with vechileno and another column with the deliverydate. In other table having vechile service details with columns servicedate and vechileno. I need to display the % of vichiles those are serviced in 0-15 months, 15-30months, 30-45 months so on, after the delivery date.

Something like this -

year           0-15         15-30      30-45

2016          65%            80%        70%

Thanks in advance.
