Grouping daily data into monthly

Hi,

Quick question,

I am not able to view the data that is presented in daily format, as summed/grouped into months (please refer to the snip below).

I have this 'oder_created' value, which I formatted as 'date', but I can only see daily values. 

I have tried turning on and off 'time & data intelligence' in the option settings, but I did not help.

I would like to group this daily data into monthly.

Hi @gauthamboppana,

Unfortuntaely, it does not work.

The calculated column returns only the first date of the period (in this case Jan 1st, 2022)

@Anonymous  - In the chart you want to group by month right? You can change the date format to 'MMM-YYYY' (e.g. Jan-2022).  All the data related to Aug 2022 will be grouped under Jan 2022.

@Anonymous  - Create a calculated column called "Month". 

Month= StartofMonth(Order_Created)

Now use this column in your chart. Let me know if this works.
