Grouping YTD by week/month not accumulating

Just have a question slicing up my data into weekly and monthly averages for my YTD calculations.

I've been using this week num information for my other charts

WeekNum = WEEKNUM(Query2[SHIFT_ST] + 2) +
IF(WEEKDAY(DATE(YEAR(Query2[SHIFT_ST]), 1, 1)) = 7, -1, 0)

followed by

WeekYear = Query2[SHIFT_ST].[Year] & "-" & Query2[WeekNum] to grab a yearly chart with a point on each week that has been shifted to begin a new week on an alternative date.

I am trying to combine this YTD information with the charts I have already created for the averages in each week but am unsure how to reduce these dates with the YTD values still functioning. Currently adding my YTD measures do not function as expected on my already created charts Or on the YTDcol2 when reduced to months. It simply does not accumulate in contrast to when I use the dates, where it does.

Thanks.
