Groupby with If function

I am having an issue with one of my columns. I created logic that tells if a particular product is a cabinet or non-cabinet. However, if both appear on the same shipment it counts that shipment twice instead of what product was entered first. Currently, the logic below is what i am using.

Special_Product_Total = IF('Shipment Fact'[Special Product] = "CABINET","CABINET","NON-CABINET")

However, i have been trying to use groupby logic in the same column so that the if statement will still apply. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The groupby logic is below but i haven't been able to combine them correctly. I keep getting the error "The expression refers to multiple columns. Multiple columns cannot be converted to a scalar value"

Essentially, I need the special product column to be grouped by product after the if statement has been applied.

GROUPBY('Shipment Fact','Shipment Fact'[Special_Product_Total],"Group by Special Product",MAXX(CURRENTGROUP(),'Shipment Fact'[Special_Product_Total]))

@Anonymous , Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
