I need to create visualization but I do not know how.
My data Source:
Name | Date |
George | 01.05.2020 |
George | 02.05.2020 |
George | 03.05.2020 |
George | 05.05.2020 |
George | 06.05.2020 |
John | 01.05.2020 |
John | 03.05.2020 |
John | 04.05.2020 |
The visualization should look:
Name | Start date | End date | Duration |
George | 01.05.2020 | 03.05.2020 | 3 days |
George | 05.05.2020 | 06.05.2020 | 2 days |
John | 01.05.2020 | 01.05.2020 | 1 day |
John | 03.05.2020 | 04.05.2020 | 2 days |
I have tried some ideas but nothing worked. Please, can you help me? Thank you for you ideas!
George
@JiriS this a continuous streak problem
See if this can help you so solve it.
I have done the same one a couple of days back with some data, which I can not share. But need to do it again for your data if this does not work
Hi,
thank you for your ides. It probably works, but I need to check it anymore.
Thank you!
@JiriS , In between I created on too. See if this can also help. Attached after signature
My Start and End date is uninterrupted series of days.
It means that if some day there is a gap, then the day before is a end date.
Next date from datasource is next Start date.
