Group cells by value in a table

Good morning,

 

How could I group cell values in a Power BI dashboard table? Let's say we have this table:

I would like to visualize it like this;

I am talking about a table in the dashboard, not the data table.

@mizaskun , You can get this kind in a display in matrix with step layout off, Similar not same.

Thank you so much! I need to press the + button to expand the fields one by one. Is there any way to get all the fields expanded by default and even not show the + button?

@mizaskun , Press the reverse square Y icon and save the visual on the drill menu on top near to three dots
