Group by first initial and Quantity 0

How can I get the below output?
First I want to extract only first Letter from the location.

Then in the output, show in the desired format as first initial, locations with that initial and selecting only those locations from Table 1 where Quantity is 0

Hey @akapoor03 ,

go into Power Query, select the column and chose:

Tabl "Add column" --> "Extract" --> "First Characters"

Like this you get your "First Initial" column. The rest is then only reporting what shouldn't be a problem with the data you have then.

If you need any help please let me know.
If I answered your question I would be happy if you could mark my post as a solution ✔️ and give it a thumbs up 👍

Hi @akapoor03 ,

first create with DAX a new calculated column like this:

22-07-_2021_23-27-11.png

You get the following result in a matrix:

22-07-_2021_23-28-30.png

With kind regards from the town where the legend of the 'Pied Piper of Hamelin' is at home
