Group by 2 columns and count

I would like to select all records that have the same values from 2 columns in a table.   I am referring to the answer by CahabaData in this post.  However, I am stuck at the point where I join the original table to UniqueID3.  From what I understand, PowerBI desktop allows joins on 1 field only, whereas here we need the join to happen on 2 fields.  Perhaps there is an alternative way to display the duplicate records.

@promanov,

You may take a look at SUMMARIZECOLUMNS Function, SUMMARIZE Function and GROUPBY Function.
