Group By Duplicates in DAX

Hi,

Can someone help me by converting this problem into DAX instead of a new table? Group Duplicates with Count

I can't figure it out myself.. 😞

Many thanks,

HI @Anonymous ,

If you mean use multiple aggregation on one field, you can consider to use summarize function to summary records with first aggregation mode, then use iteration functions to apply second aggregate.

Sample:

Measure =
COUNTX (
    FILTER (
        SUMMARIZE (
            Table,
            [Category1],
            [Category2],
            [Category3],
            "Count", COUNT ( Table[Column] )
        ),
        [Count] > 1
    ),
    [Count]
)

@Anonymous  Could you please make it clear, you want to know the DAX equivalent to achieve the same result. Also, you don't want to create a new table. Is that correct ?

@PattemManohar Yes, I need an aggerate column that counts the number of duplicates. When this is achieved, I need the sum of those counts IF the value is more than 1.
