there is a simple answer - no.
I assume you want to set a filter, but you want to "lock" the selection.
You can achieve this using a filter in the filter panel.
I often do this in combination with a simple measure, that I can use with a textbox or a card visual.
Another approach could be to overlay the slicer with a simple textbox/button/shape and make this object transparent. Personally, I do not like this approach that much as it creates clutter.
