Hi,
As you can see in the image, I would like the graph of each category to show the value (%) with a total of 100%.
I wanted each quarter (2019_1, 2019_1... 2021_1) to show their categories and the total was 100%.
The final result has to be the last graphic.
Would you help me?

Try the following formula:
Measure = SUM('Table'[value]) / CALCULATE( SUM('Table'[value]), ALL('Table'[category]) )
