Graph with line of Meta

Good morning
It is possible to create a graphic with a Meta line or something that resembles it. The idea is to show results versus Meta.  Thanks

With a clustered column and line chart, the only Analytics that I get to show up is a Trend Line. You might be able to do it in 2 visuals with the same Y-axis values and overlapping them with the appropriate transparency.
