Grand Total not showing correctly

Hello,
I am developing a Training Report to show different visuals,

One of the visuals is to show the number of Training taken by each department, I have 3 Tables in the Model,

  • Employee Information,
  • Training Master, &
  • Emp Training which is a fact table having the Employee ID and Training ID linked with each as a single relationship

when I add a scorecard for total training showing 213 training,

However, when I convert it to a chart and add a department in the Axis, so I can show the breakdown of each department,  the numbers don't match the total number of training against each Department.

Can you advise why the breakdown is showing a different number than the total? I have tried to use a measure as a Distinct count but still the same issue. What would be the solution for this?

Thank you in advance

Hi @Oelshamy ,

May I ask if your problem has been solved?

It makes it easier to give you a solution.

  1. Sample (dummy dataset) data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
  2. Expected output from sample data
  3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
