Google Analytics Report Analysis HELP!

I am brand new to BI and I am pretty stuck in these training modules. I want to pull Google AdWords reports with time of day, date, impressions, click through rate, conversion rate, etc. (80 identical reports) and then aggregate in BI in order to figure out which day of the week or which hour receives has the most impressions or the highest CTR. 

Should I combine into one big excel file and then upload or would I upload all of the excel files separately in order to create relationships between the alike columns? Am I approaching this completely wrong? Also, any advice concerning a good visualization strategy or at least where to start would be really helpful.
