Hi There,
I wented to find out the best way to get values using dyanmic date ranges.
For example I want to look at period 1 from Jan 2016 - October 2016 and period two from Feb 2017 - June 2017 and then compare the two periods. I also want have the ability to change these dates as much as I want.

Hi Adam,
I would recommend the approach shown at the link below. It involves creating a secondary Date table with an inactive relationship to the main Date table. The two Date tables then provide the ability to filter the two required date ranges.
