Hello,
Is it possible to drag the actual hierarchy name for further use into Power BI?
I can get the hierarchy's components but not the actual hierarchy.
It is accessible in Excel.
Edit: I can see it's possible with LIVE connection, is it possible to achieve it with the Imported connection?
The hierarchy name is "Division" in my cube:
hi, @atitarev
You could achieve it with the Imported connection, but then it will need you to define it again.
It's better to use LIVE connection instead of import.
Best regards,
Lin
Hi @v-lili6-msft ,
Sorry for the late reply but I don't understand your suggestion. My question is can I drag the hierarchy name itself into Power BI, the way you do it in Excel?
