Getting the Maximum per Group

Can anyone help me? I got stuck by getting the highest number per group.

 

Here is my sample table:

 

ContactsQuestionSystemResponse
AQuestion 1Vendor 18
AQuestion 1Vendor 24
AQuestion 2Vendor 19
AQuestion 2Vendor 27
BQuestion 1Vendor 19
BQuestion 1Vendor 25
BQuestion 2Vendor 19

I need to get the max/biggest number per Contacts and Question.

This is the expected output:
