Getting error as Object reference not set to an instance of an object. while connecting to Oracle

I am trying to connect Oracle Database with the Power BI which got recently installed within our department.

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the document provided by Microsoft Power Bi Official website - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-connect-oracle-database

I also downloaded the Oracle Client as mentioned.

But I am getting connectivity error while connecting DB instance with the Power BI.

Please see the error below which I am receiving.

Getting error as Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

If anyone can share their expertise to resolve this issue, it will be helpful.

Thanks
