Hi,
I'm very new in MS BI. I'm trying to see what is the most effecient way of returning only 365 days of data into my Bar Chart I have created. Is there a way to create a New Column as a calculation that I can drop it as a part of the Chart? So, basically, the chart woiuld be based on all the rows for the last 365 days.
Thanks so much for your time.

Hi @GOHOCKEY,
Can you share the formula? Or share the whole file with us? Please mask the private parts.

Hi @GOHOCKEY,
Maybe previousyear-function-dax could help.

Thanks so much! After using the PREVIOUSYEAR(Sheet1[Closed Date]) I'm getting A table of multiple values was supplied were a single value was expected. Do you by any chance know why I'm getting this error?
Thanks for your time

Hi,
There is a lot to Mask; however, using the left Menu under Fields and selecting the New Field option allowed me a nice quick way of adding the formulas after "Column=" to create the column showing the Formulas.
I think I'm good now and thanks for your time.
You can simply use a Relative date slicer for this. Set the default value as Last 1 Year running.
