GetData from SharePoint online, painfully slow

Hi

Has anyone else experianced super slow downloads from Sharepoint online. 

I am pulling one table which is around 25-30Mb in site and it takes up to 20 minutes each time. Not what I woul dexpect given the two products are part of the MS suite.

Any tips or advice welcome as it makes development painful needing to wait 20 minutes between every transform data action 😞
