Get the number of identical values in one column

Hi there,

 

on of my table columns in Power BI containts several fields with an identical value. I want to divide by the number of fields with the identical value. Which expression do I use? Can anyone help me with that?

if you  just want to get the count by source.name ,Please try the function "Group by"

@Dorothee123 , Not clear to me

 

count(Table[col])/distinctcount(Table[col])

Well, I want to count the total number of values for each of these categories, i.e.

 

My output should be something like

 

17 values for AzureBillingUsageApril2020

22 values for AzureBillingMai2020 etc

if you  just want to get the count by source.name ,Please try the function "Group by"

@Dorothee123 add a measure like this

 

Record Count = COUNTROWS ( Table )

 

In table visual, drag source name and above measure, and you will get the count by source.
