Get sheet identification through name or id

Hello community,

I'm wondering why this specific use case wasn't discussed before.

I'm trying to create a dynamic url string with some parameters of my report as information.

Scenario:

An user would like to open a web url from a specific point of our report with the selections he made.

Period = 09.2019 and Country = Simbabwe

Example = www.example.com?report_name=static&sheet_name=dynamic&period=dynamic&country=dynamic

- report_name = is easy. Can be set static, because it won't change

- sheet_name = No idea how to get this. I have 4 sheets. How can I identify, from which sheet the user jumps out?

  Do I really need to realize this static, too? Which would mean that each sheet gets an own url-jump-button.

- Period and country is easy with ISFILTERED()-function

Thank you in advance!

hi, @Anonymous

I think sheet_name should be static too, as each sheet gets an own url-jump-button.
